2. Description of Services

Carhirehi provides professional car repair and maintenance services. Our skilled technicians offer a wide range of automotive services including but not limited to:

• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Brake system maintenance
• Transmission services
• Electrical system repairs
• Regular maintenance and tune-ups

3. Service Appointments

Customers are required to schedule appointments for all services. While we strive to accommodate walk-ins, scheduled appointments take priority. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Detailed invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

5. Warranties

Carhirehi offers a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for most services. This warranty is void if the vehicle is subjected to abuse, neglect, or modification after the service is performed. Specific warranty terms may vary for certain services or parts.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their vehicle and its issues
• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Picking up their vehicle within 48 hours of service completion, unless otherwise arranged

7. Liability

Carhirehi is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property due to fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing defects in our workmanship.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

9. Modifications to Terms

Carhirehi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
